All of our parcels are sent using a signed for system and must be signed for upon delivery.
We pride ourselves as a fast & reliable service.
However, we cannot guarantee delivery times with royal mail as these are out of our control.
Please take into consideration any bank holiday periods etc when you are placing an order, as these can also create a delay in receiving your order.
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it to us within 14 days in its original, saleable condition (including tags and packaging) with a note stating the reason for sending it back along with your name, address and order number. Failure to include this information may result in a delay in your refund being processed.
If items are returned outside of our 14 day policy then a credit note will be offered.
You will be responsible for the item until it reaches us, and we suggest you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery). The cost of returning any item is your responsibility.
You will be refunded the full value of the item, less delivery charge.
Personalised items are unfortunately non refundable
Clearance and Sale items are exchange only.
Swimwear and hats are non returnable for hygiene reasons.
If order qualifies for free delivery but full order is returned refund will be less £4.55

Please ensure that your purchase does not come into contact with anything that may mark or damage it, such as drinks, food or cigarettes. We will not be able to refund any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
Please allow 10 working days from when the product has been received by us to process a refund.
